Yesmail Interactive, an Infogroup company, is an email marketing provider headquartered in Portland, Oregon and has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Omaha, Toronto, London and Singapore.

A former employee mentioned, "I wouldn't recommend working at Yesmail to anybody. The training is non-existent, so you are expected to figure out how to troubleshoot on your own. If you don't have prior experience with HTML, for example, you will be lost. There's very little transparency and procedures change on the fly. Once you're used to the way something is done, it's time to forget it because that's not how it's done anymore!"

Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"I wouldn't recommend this role to anybody. The training is non-existent, so you are expected to figure out how to troubleshoot on your own. Email Manager II (Former Employee) says

"The biggest thing I can mention is that you need to set a good salary when you first start there. I worked for the company for almost 6 years and in that time never got a salary increase. Their process is to have annual reviews but no salary increase is included in with the review. You have to petition for a salary increase and it's a battle start to finish. Typically the answer is no."

"I've worked at this company for several years. Technology is outdated and never changes. You get a decent range of customers to manage and the ability to work from home which was the biggest draw for me. That's pretty much where it ends. I'd only recommend this job for new people looking for ESP experience...this company is a good stepping stone. - Zero job security...I've watched good people let go for no good reason. - No consistency from one manager to the next...each manager has their own style and quirks - Bad technology...you constantly put out fires instead of helping customers progress in their marketing campaigns - Everything is a project down to the simplest unsubscribe page which required full BRDs...it's embarrassing when you have to tell a customer that an unsub page has to be scoped - No commissions or bonuses or any ability to make more money even if you help sell thousands of dollars in additional products and services.ability to work from homezero job security"
